We're on the lookout for a dynamic Branch Manager in Atlanta, GA If you're currently a Service Manager or already in management, we want to hear from you.

This position pays $95,000+ per year depending on experience, including commission and bonus opportunities.

What You'll Do:
Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all areas of our business.

Work closely with our team of field technicians, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure they have the tools they need to perform at their best.

Meet and service customers with extra or special needs.
Resolve more challenging pest and mosquito issues on-site with customers.
Play a key role in the onboarding and training process for new team members.

What We Need from You:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Manager or Branch Manager in a Pest Control & Chemical Spraying role
Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Effective and professional verbal and written communication
Strong ability to remain organized, multitask, and deliver results in a timely manner
Driver's License is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
