- Handle a diverse range of labor and employment law matters, including but not limited to, employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, employment contracts, and workplace policies.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and provide comprehensive legal analysis and advice to clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations, and effectively advocate on their behalf.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners within the Labor & Employment Practice Group, as well as across other practice areas, to deliver innovative and strategic legal solutions to clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive legal counsel and guidance to address their unique needs and objectives.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar, in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law and litigation, preferably gained in a large law firm setting.
- Exceptional drafting and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues alike.

Position Summary: Mid-level associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join an esteemed Labor & Employment Practice Group.
