recently elected as Best Places to Work in North Florida, is seeking a full-time legal assistant for our Greater Orlando location in Lake Mary, Florida.
Must have a positive, friendly, and energetic personality, a strong work ethic, an assertive disposition, and a professional appearance and demeanor.
Must have at least two years of law office experience and proficiency
in Microsoft Word.
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish is preferred, as well as a college degree.
Responsibilities include:
- scheduling appointments for attorneys and coordinating with clients
- assisting attorneys in preparing for meetings, hearings, depositions and mediations
- drafting documents
- legal research
- document review
- case file management

3 Weeks of PTO + Health Insurance (approx. 75 percent paid by employer) + Matching 401K Plan, Competitive Salary + 90-day performance review with possibility of raise.
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
