Description

We are looking for a Service Advisor (m/f/d) to join our team in Park City immediately in a full-time position.

Your main responsibilities:

Identifying customer needs, including scope of work, scheduling, and additional services, taking into account workshop capacity and parts availability.

Ordering parts

Entering the job into the computer system

Advising the customer on the scope, duration, and cost of the required work

Scheduling appointments

Handling warranty claims

Ensuring timely completion of work

Completing the invoice, explaining the work performed, and handing over the invoice to the customer

You bring:

Completed technical or commercial training or a passion for motorcycles as a career changer

Enjoyment of communication and technology

Enjoyment of working with vehicles and people

Customer orientation and enjoyment of independent work in a team

Initiative and commitment

Experience as a service advisor or workshop manager/meister is ideal

Ability to work independently and customer-oriented behavior

Reliability and sense of responsibility
