Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Yarnell expert to join our team and take on the following responsibilities:

Implement HR business solutions globally, ensuring their effectiveness.
Provide expertise in global HR projects and support HR modules and processes.
Facilitate knowledge transfer between solution development and operation phases.
Manage solution interfaces, maintain authorizations, and oversee HR solutions architecture.
Collaborate with business process owners, the Global HR Community, internal IT, and external suppliers.
Demonstrate proficiency in release management.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Proficiency in SuccessFactors with hands-on experience.
Bachelor's degree in IT or general management.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a multicultural environment, engaging in crossfunctional teamwork.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent English proficiency.
