We are a rapidly growing company with over 250 employees at multiple locations in Germany.

For our subsidiary, CB Immobilienverwaltung GmbH, located in the city center of Heilbronn, we are looking for a new colleague as a working student hours per week).

Responsibilities:

Support in the management of condominiums and rental properties
Assistance in the back office for the management of current and new rental agreements
Help with planning and organizing owner meetings
Support in general office tasks and digital workflows
Your tasks may vary depending on your previous knowledge and focus.

Qualifications:

You are studying business, economics, or real estate management
You ideally have some experience in the real estate industry
You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
You have a selfsufficient work style, initiative, and are a team player
A serviceoriented mindset, reliability, and accuracy complete your profile.
