Job Highlights / Responsibilities:

Creation and continuous optimization of control recipes for batch processes on the process control system (ABB 800xA)
Trial runs and optimization of control recipes
Participation in commissioning activities
Troubleshooting
Creation and optimization of operating screens on the process control system
Administrative tasks (user management for PLS 800xA, change documentation)
Training of production employees in the operation of the plant using recipes

Requirements / Profile:

Education as a chemical engineering technician (specializing in plant technology), laboratory technician, automation technician, chemical industry master or equivalent
Preferably experience with a process control system, operating chemical plants, or creating operating instructions (checklists)
Technical/process understanding
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Independent and solutionoriented work style
High resilience and flexibility in handling changing tasks
Willingness to continuously learn and develop
