Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Services Managers will provide direct supervision and support to the scheduling team under the direction of the Director of Client Services
Forward facing role, communicating with clients and caregivers
Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
Manage your caseload while proactively growing it
EVV compliance
Processing APS reports and EIM's
Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
Submit reports on a weekly basis

Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:

Prior Managerial Home Care experience
required:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred:

Bachelor degree is preferred
Prior knowledge of/experience with ClearCare preferred
Prior home care experience required
Prior supervisory experience required
Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
