Your tasks

At its location in Weißwasser, the BAFA administers federal funding for efficient buildings (BEG), as well as a partial area of the program for promoting the sale of electric vehicles (environmental bonus) and the granting of adjustment benefits to employees of the lignite mining industry (APG).

As the central first point of contact for questions about various energy funding programs, the BAFA also operates an Energy Information Center (EIC) in Weißwasser.

In department 62- Energy Information Center II - you will take on the management at our location in Weißwasser.

For this, you will take on the following tasks, among others:

Work organization and resource management,
Ensuring, reviewing and, if necessary, optimizing task fulfillment and coordinating decisionmaking practices,
Dealing with difficult fundamental and procedural issues,
Representation of the department in external relations, in particular towards the participating ministries and other stakeholders,
Support and professional advice for the BMWK.

Our requirements

You have a degree (Dipl. FH or Bachelor) in business law, economics and/or administrative sciences or a comparable degree.

A prerequisite is that you are already classified in pay group 11 TVEntgO Bund or are appointed in pay group A 12 BBesO, or have many years of relevant professional experience.

Several years of leadership experience is an advantage.

You are a dedicated and performance-oriented person with a strong ability to work cooperatively and construct
