Responsibilities

As a functional dual leadership, you will, together with your colleague, lead the entire production area of machining. While your colleague takes care of the day-to-day operations, you are responsible for the strategic direction of the department.

You optimize production under the principles of Lean Manufacturing, participate in the implementation of new processes, machines, and technologies, and ensure the continuous development of our production processes.

Your tasks include actively shaping and leading projects with the aim of continuous digitization and automation in production.

Developing improvements, monitoring production results, and ensuring the planning of all production processes, employee resources, and equipment, taking into account customer demand and available capacities, complete your tasks.
