Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing complex construction projects in civil and pipeline construction
  • Leading and coordinating the team's work on site
  • Planning and scheduling the use of personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Participating in site inspections
  • Conducting quality control and monitoring project timelines

Your qualifications:


  • Completed master craftsman training or ideally a completed further education as a foreman (m/f/d)
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position
  • Assertiveness, confident demeanor, and the ability to work independently and responsibly in a team
  • Willingness to participate in oncall duty
  • Good knowledge of German
