For a medium-sized family-owned company based in the eastern part of Hamburg, we are looking for an open-minded and motivated HR administrator with a focus on administration and preparatory payroll.
Responsibilities
- Support employees from entry to exit
- Preparation of relevant documents such as employment contracts, contract changes and references
- Timely preparation of payroll including all pre and postprocessing processes
- Maintenance and verification of payrollrelevant employee master data and working hours
- Contact person for employees and managers on specific topics
- Participation in the monthly creation of HR reports
- Correspondence with authorities, health insurance companies, etc.
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification required
- Relevant professional experience in human resources
- Knowledge in the areas of labor, tax and social security law
- Reliable and organized way of working
- Enjoy working with different people
