- Active Medical License in State
- Current Board Certification; primary care preferred
- 5+ years of clinical practice experience
- 3+ years in a healthcare business environment or Health Plan
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to function effectively in a diverse and inclusive organization
- Proven track record in delivering strategic solutions
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective at managing multiple priorities simultaneously
