    To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:

    · Responsible for ensuring products produced meet customer quality standards.

    · Identify root cause and implement permanent corrective actions for product quality issues.

    · Lead, Develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention in a team environment.

    · Train and support groups of shop floor associates with quality assurance.


    This full-time role is a part of our Bluffton Quality team and reports to the Quality Manager.


    Required experience:

    · Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Senior level QE, preferably in a metal's environment or equivalent experience.
    • Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
