- Understand the company's strategic roadmap and competitive position, creating a comprehensive product vision and strategy to maximize value. Effectively communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to various stakeholders, from the product team to executive leadership.
- Anticipate future requirements, identify opportunities for improvement based on metrics and qualitative inputs.
- Act as the product representative in governance meetings.
- Own the product backlog, collaborating with internal and partner teams to regularly update and prioritize tasks.
- Take ownership of the product portfolio, driving value and knowledge sharing among different products and customers.
- Provide guidance as a Product Owner in Agile development processes.
