What to expect:

Caspar Health is changing and revolutionizing the German rehabilitation market with innovative, digital therapy concepts.

We are currently looking for a clerk in patient billing (all genders) to join our team in Valley Ford, CA.

This position can be done remotely from anywhere in Germany. We are looking for someone to work full-time or part-time, ideally 30-40 hours per week.

At Caspar Clinic, you will be part of a motivated, interdisciplinary team of therapists and doctors. You will have the opportunity to actively shape your work and make a significant contribution to the company's success.

You will work closely with different departments and support the patient management team at Caspar Clinic. After a rehabilitation or prevention stay, patients are increasingly taking advantage of our digital aftercare services. The patient management team ensures a smooth process and accurate billing for the therapeutic services provided.

Your responsibilities:

You will create invoices for all medical concepts (e.g. IRENA, T-RENA)
You will document and organize the billing process (folder structures, list maintenance, and adjustments)
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining patient profiles and dashboards
You will be the point of contact for customer inquiries regarding billing, including document corrections and module calculations

Your profile:

You have completed training as a medical assistant or have relevant experience in a similar position
You have relevant billing experience in the medical field
You have a strong affinity
