Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.Duties:
- File and maintain office documents, records, and reports
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff members
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory management and order office supplies as necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Support budgeting activities and monitor expenses
- Contribute to the development of training programs for staff members
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus
- Experience in event planning is preferred
- Familiarity with budgeting processes is an asset
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
