- Lead all onboarding activities for new hires to include, but not limited to, onboarding through ATS, reminder calls, folder creation and I-9 management through E-Verify.
- Assist with vacancy reports by adding new hires & removing terminations.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Partner's with obtaining interview dispositions and disposition candidates in ATS.
- Assist with community outreach and job fairs.
- Partner with Learning & Development to ensure new hires have the most up to date resources at the time of hire.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Pull necessary reports through ATS to ensure data accuracy related to Talent and assist with reporting on Talent metrics.
- High School Diploma or GED. Undergraduate majors focusing on Human Resources or Business Management preferred.
- At least 2 years in an administrative role. Talent experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Creative and flexible problem solving; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate skill level of Microsoft Office products in a Windows environment.
- Proficiency in English and basic math skills. Bilingual preferred.
- The ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Self-motivated with strong collaboration and critical thinking skills.
- Reliable transportation with valid driver license and proof of insurance with ability to travel to various work sites.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear.
- The ability to cope with and tolerate moderate levels of stress is also a necessity. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
