- You will keep your pulse on the external environment that affects your product area by analyzing industry trends, evaluating new tech opportunities, and assessing risks and challenges within the professional research landscape to inform product decisions
- You will deeply understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of Professionals through various research methodologies and translate your insights into actionable product enhancements
- You will plan the roadmap by collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and other teams to prioritize features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
- You will lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed expectations and drive meaningful business results
- You will optimize the Professionals' user experience (UX) by closely partnering with Design to make enhancements and improve usability, intuitiveness, and overall satisfaction
- You will utilize data for your decision making. You will partner with the data analyst to understand user behavior and matric deeply. You will leverage this data-driven approach and user feedback to make product decisions, continuously iterating and improving the product to drive user engagement and retention
- You will build relationships with your key stakeholders across functions, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Client Delivery, and more. You will effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders at all levels, fostering alignment and support across the organization
