- Perform all maintenance tasks and duties in the safest way possible
- Support production shift start-up by assisting in line set-up
- Regularly evaluate equipment on a detailed level to ensure equipment uptime
- Perform scheduled and unplanned repairs
- Perform line change-overs in a timely manner
- React quickly to line break-downs
- Supports plant effort to meet/exceed target OEE
- Other tasks or duties as determined by the maintenance manager
- Rebuild/Repair Production Pumps
- Tig Welding
- Fabrication experience is a plus
- Minimum of 1 years experience in production maintenance and/or educational background in automation required.
- Nutraceutical or food/beverage industry experience a plus
- Must be skilled troubleshooting industrial mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems
- Basic understand of three phase and single phase power is a must.
- Great sense of urgency, High attention to detail, Can do attitude, Team player, Problem solving skills, Innovative "out of the box" thinking
