Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Directors in a growing, global organization.

This role is part of the World Wide Consumer Organization (WWCO) within the Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) org.


This role requires a high level of professionalism in dealing with senior business leaders inside and outside the organization, and a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.


Responsibilities for this position include the proactive ownership of the Director's calendars, ability to coordinate complex meetings and projects by working directly with key stakeholders, experience with compiling and organizing large amounts of information, and a proven ability to plan-ahead and manage time effectively.

International planning, engagement, and assistance across the global AWS Partner community is required.

Key job responsibilities

  • Ownership of multiple Executives' calendars
  • Coordinate executive travel, both domestic and international
  • Friendly and diplomatic handling of external partners and stakeholders through verbal/written communication
  • Coordinate complex meetings and projects across global teams
  • Conduct research and documentation and use analytical and spreadsheet skills to help track and help drive completion of key deliverables
  • Varied administrative and operations work
