Hours & Schedule

  • Full-Time, 80 hours biweekly


  • Monday

  • Friday, 7:30am 4:00pm
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and being available on call for after hour emergencies
  • Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs.
  • Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarm.
  • Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
  • Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance required.
  • CFC certification or ability to obtain within initial 90days of hire.
