**Responsibilities**
Keep wing stocked with food items as needed.
Keep wings clean and orderly - Properly store and date items and discard items that have become out dated.
Required to learn diets and consistencies according to diet manual and the RiverWoods diet protocol.
Required to learn different adaptive equipment and distribute according to the tray ticket.
Serve food and beverages according to the different diets and consistencies as designated on the tray ticket.
Sets up and cleans dining room and dish room.
Washes, sanitizes and puts away dishes, utensils and equipment.
Disposes of garbage and cleans disarm and kitchenette.
Follow procedures outlined in Job Procedure.
Advises the Food Service Director of any potential or actual problem which may jeopardize Albright Care Services.
Maintains a courteous, professional relationship with all other organization staff.
Recognizes confidential matters and does not divulge confidential information or material to anyone not authorized to receive such information.
Other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Demonstrated ability to read and write English.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Demonstrates genuine concern for the needs of the elderly.
Demonstrates good knowledge of sanitation and safety.
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS**
Stands 25% and walks 75%.
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. (meats, flour, cartons of canned foods).
Constant exposure to moisture.
Talks with others to coordinate job tasks.
Visual acuity required in performance of duties.
