    Description

    The salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $ annually with a 10% Bonus opportunity.

    This is how you WOW:

    • Support and provide guidance to team members and users regarding hardware, software, and enterprise applications using documented best practice standards.
    • Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and determining a resolution for all assigned incidents and requests.
    • Responsible for properly escalating unresolved incidents or requests to correct resolver group and/or service functions ensuring all relevant information is included.
    • In charge of building, deploying, and troubleshooting user desktops, laptops, and peripherals per configuration management standards
    • Develop and maintain facility-specific support documentation of all IT applications and infrastructure.
    It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
    • Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or similar or 5+ years with proven and equivalent work experience.
    • 3+ years' experience providing hands-on technical support in a multi-user environment.
    • Experience with a wide variety of desktop hardware, peripherals, and software applications. (Mac support knowledge a plus.)
    • Intermediate knowledge of Windows, VOIP client applications, Outlook, MS Office suite software, O365, virus software, mobile device management, print servers, SCCM and Azure
    • Experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving basic network and server components e.g.: AD, GOP, DNS, DHCP, and related topics.
