- Collect, analyze, document and develop corrective action strategies for internal and external quality related issues.
- Organize, coordinate and interface with OEM's regarding parts and transmission concerns.
- Coordinate continuous improvement activities and corrective action activities to closure.
- Provide professional reports on quality investigations, findings, and results.
- Develop and/or complete plant reliability tests to analyze and solve problems.
- Review PFMEA documentation and perform audits to ensure documents are adequate
- Analyze product and process design to prevent and correct problems.
- Develop, conduct and complete required reliability, process and product audits. Participate in TS16949 and ISO9001 audits.
- Communicate and coordinate activities with cross-functional organizations.
- Implements and actively supports the plant and corporate safety policies and initiatives.

- Familiarity with SPC, PFMEA, Process Control Plans, 8D Corrective Action Strategy and Layered Process Audits.
- Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Gear Analyzer familiarity.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering related program
- 3 years' experience in Quality Engineer or related role.
- Experienced professional role:
