Electrical Engineer - Kentucky

Salary $80,000 - $95,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Kentucky where its a wonderful

Our growing industrial manufacturing client is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer who is skilled in Reliability programs. Your goal will be to manage and improve the plants Predictive Maintenance & Reliability programs.

Your goal is to use a variety of testing technologies such as vibration analysis, infrared, sound level measurements, oil analysis, corona detection & others to identify potential maintenance problems and create, implement, and manage strategic plans that will maximize equipment use.

As the Reliability Engineer, youll use Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), PPM optimization, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) processes as well as vibration, infrared, oil and ultrasonic analysis to identify problems.

Working with the maintenance & engineering staff to identify solutions, youll develop a plan of equipment repair and set standards and create needed schedules for repairs.

Youll be the coach & mentor to other engineers & maintenance staff who will look to you to provide technical expertise & engineering support.

Your focus is solving problems and getting everyone on board with the solution.

Youll need to be a good communicator as youll be working with a diverse group of employees and contractors.

Youll need to be meticulous and organized as you prepare technical reports to communicate schedules, capital projects progress, risk analysis & return on investment.

Youll need to be computer savvy and SAP is our preferred program.
