- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments according to established procedures and protocols.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and supplies for experiments and analyses.
- Perform sample preparation, including weighing, mixing, and diluting samples as required.
- Analyze and interpret test results using various techniques and instrumentation, including microscopy, chromatography, and spectrophotometry.
- Record and document experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately and comprehensively.
- Assist in the development and optimization of laboratory procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, engineers, and production personnel, to support product development and troubleshooting efforts.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field preferred but not required
- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and standards is a plus.
