We support our clients with friendly and dedicated professionals in the fields of medicine, nursing, education, and prevention to help fill staffing gaps.

We are currently seeking a Deputy Branch Manager (m/f/d) for our location in
Kassel.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Goaloriented leadership of internal and external employees in the absence of the branch manager
  • Planning and implementation of measures to achieve goals in close collaboration with the branch manager
  • Expanding the portfolio by acquiring and managing clients in the nursing and healthcare sectors within your own sales territory
  • Scheduling and deployment of employees, as well as managing them while on assignment with clients
  • Acting as the central point of contact for your team, taking responsibility for all personnel and labor law matters
  • Conducting interviews and working closely with the recruiting department, ensuring thorough documentation

We expect the following from you:

  • You have a background in business, medicine, or nursing
  • Ideally, you have experience in staffing or come from a healthcare profession
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a communicative and openminded person
  • You have a strong sales mindset, are reliable, and speak the language of the medical field
  • You are creative in developing sales strategies to acquire new clients
  • You enjoy presenting our services to clients and convincing them of their value
  • You are a team player and have a collegial attitude
