Compensation:

  • Increasing hourly wage from €16.50 to €18.00 after 6 months
  • Aboveaverage shift allowances in addition to regular wages:
  • 50% for night shifts
  • 25% for late shifts
  • 50% for Saturdays
  • 100% for Sundays/holidays
  • 25% for overtime

We are currently seeking production workers (m/f/d) for a global automotive company, with above-average shift allowances for late, night, Saturday, Sunday, and holiday shifts.


Your Responsibilities

  • Grinding of workpieces
  • Rework according to specifications
  • Visual inspection according to specifications
  • Leak testing according to specifications

Your Qualifications

  • Ideally, a completed vocational training in a technical field
  • Work experience in rework (grinding)
  • Willingness to work in early, late, and night shifts

Compensation

  • Aboveaverage pay from the beginning + shift allowances
