We are currently seeking you as a
Project Planner / Urban Planner (m/f/d) for our client in Lincolndale, NY.

As a Project Planner / Urban Planner, you will be responsible for the implementation and realization of infrastructure projects, as well as supporting our client's clients.

Tasks, Competencies, and Responsibilities:

Conducting approval procedures for infrastructure projects
Analyzing and evaluating project documents and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
Creating project plans and timelines for the approval process
Coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as authorities, experts, and planners
Researching property owners and negotiating for the use or acquisition of land
Creating and monitoring contractual agreements for land use or acquisition
Ensuring compliance with deadlines and budget requirements during the approval process
Documenting and reporting on the progress of the procedure

Professional Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, preferably with some professional experience
Experience in conducting approval procedures or similar authorization processes
Good knowledge of building law and relevant regulations
Valid driver's license (Class B)
Negotiation skills and experience in contract drafting
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in MS Office and common project management tools
