**WHO YOU ARE**
You will be responsible for taking orders and delivering them to our guests, while maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards. The goal is to accelerate our business development by providing customers with a memorable experience.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order
Attend to customers upon entrance
Present menus and help customers select food/beverages
Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, server station and kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
Attend pre shift meetings.
Manage complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Issue bills and accept payment
Promote dedication from customers
Advise members of upcoming club events.
Always present a clean and professional appearance .
Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing sidework.
Have fun at work; leave baggage at door; come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help to create a fun and memorable experience for our guest/members.

Requirements
**WHAT WE NEED**
**Education -** High school diploma or equivalent
**Experience and/or Training -** Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
**PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The position may require occasional lifting of products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Protective Clothing Required: Non-slip shoes
**WORKING ENVIRONMENT**
This position operates in a restaurant setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.
