    Description
    Marathon TS is hiring a Helpdesk Specialist to support our client in the San Antonio, TX area.

    This is an onsite role, and the best candidate will have a TS clearance and the following skills:


    Tier 1 help desk specialist to provide technical support for customer call in and initial troubleshooting of mission application software to either initiate, resolve or escalate trouble tickets, initiate change requests (CRs) or elevate the issue in support of mission operations.
