- Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and experience in the Intelligence Community
- Ability to obtain DoD 8140 certification and TS/SCI clearance
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technical problem-solving
- Prior experience in customer service and remote technical support
