    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical assistance for computer hardware and software systems
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions
    • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes
    • Ensure problem resolution and gather feedback from users
    • Utilize incident management systems to track and manage support requests

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or equivalent work experience
    • Proficiency in ServiceNow and experience in the Intelligence Community
    • Ability to obtain DoD 8140 certification and TS/SCI clearance

    Skills and Abilities

    • Demonstrate outstanding customer service and organizational skills
    • Effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technical problem-solving
    • Prior experience in customer service and remote technical support
