Description

Our service doesn't stop there, we also follow up with inspections throughout construction to ensure project goals are being implemented.
We focus on new construction for single and multifamily projects. Our single-family footprint extends from Kentucky to the Coast, and we have multifamily projects across the USVisit our Great Place to Work company profile Working at Performance Point.
Mission:
The TM mission is ensuring productivity and a healthy culture in the field team. Tasks the
TM uses to accomplish this mission include territory scheduling; training; dealing with day-to-day
production issues like code stickers, special equipment needs, difficult inspections; giving employee
reviews, filling in with production needs; and backing up the Regional Manager with customer meetings
and hiring/firing decisions.
These job tasks should be completed in a manner as to help the TM:
1) Ensure safe, efficient, and effective execution of Performance Point's field services every day that
deliver on Performance Point's brand promise.
2) Develop and Lead Territory Employees to be engaged, skilled field inspectors who support healthy
customer relationships.
Accountabilities:
Maintain 0 significant incident workplace (safety & auto)
Maintain OSHA Compliance
Achieve Field Employee Utilization target of 75% for
small regions and 90% for large regions
Ensure accurate, complete data collection and QI's as
measured by Quality Score for Energy, QI, and
MF product groups
Maintain healthy workplace as measured by quarterly
engagement/pulse surveys of 90% or 4.5 on scale of 1-5
Resolve all jobs with multiple fails.
Engage customers with core values
Maintain customer relationship health as measured by
mNPS* score of 90% or 4.5 on a scale of 1-5

All employees must take pride in their ability to serve our customers and view that relationship as a privilege.Residential new construction work is somewhat seasonal, as such there will be times of the year when working longer hours are expected and vacation time is less available, but there are times with shorter working hours and vacation time is readily available.
