    Plant Manufacturing Operations Manager

    Warehouse/Production Experience

    Job Responsibilities and Duties:

    • High School Diploma
    • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
    • Reviews financial statements
    • Warehouse production
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems (Word, Outlook, Excel)
    • Monitors processes for inbound and outbound deliveries
    • Maintain shipping documentation
    • Knowledge of raw materials and production processes
    • Cost, inventory and quality management
    • Production management
    • Production scheduling
    • Shipping/receiving
    • Oversee and manage daily operations of the company
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals
    • Supervise and provide leadership to a team of employees
    • Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion
    • Perform various inventory counts; order supplies and goods as needed
    • Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy
    • Determine staffing levels and assign workload
    • Maintain a safe work environment
    • Must promote and maintain excellent customer service skills.
    • Lead and coach team to solve problems.
