- Sets up and manages all aspects of Net-Chef including inventory and product management.
- Generates and evaluates Net-Chef data to provide cost saving efficiencies and general analysis, as needed
- Develops vendor relationships with existing and new vendors, including food and beverage vendor set-up, product cost comparisons, etc...
- Develops policies and procedures for implementation of café systems
- Interfaces with corporate and field café staff on an ongoing basis triaging system issues to achieve KPIs
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in database application
- Analysis and communication with technical and non-technical staff
- Ability to consolidate complex information and communicate to various levels of the organization
- Understanding of food & beverage procurement processes
- Excellent organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience Working with Net-Chef or other Inventory Management System Configuration
- Understanding of networking technologies.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- 1-2 years of Technical Project Management experience
- BA in Hospitality or equivalent experience
