To strengthen our team at Schleswig-Holstein Netz AG, we are currently looking for an Electrical Master for Customer Service in the Medium Voltage Network (m/f/d)* at our Bad Segeberg location.

A challenging task:

As the first point of contact for our customers in the medium voltage network, you coordinate the timely processing of all customer requests (including complaints) and ensure high-quality communication from the initial inquiry for new connections to the final billing.

You conclude all contracts for large customers (industrial and commercial customers). For already connected systems, you continue to be the first point of contact for customers.
