Because we need you We are currently looking for several machine operators (m/f/d) in the SMT sector for our client in Erlangen, with a high chance of permanent employment

Your responsibilities include:

Operating and maintaining our SMT production lines
Repairing and evaluating flat assemblies according to IPC guidelines
Contributing to the production quality and implementation of the production plan, while keeping an eye on continuous improvement and 5s processes
Documenting your work progress accurately in our computer systems

What we expect from you:

Several years of professional experience as a machine operator (m/f/d), preferably in the SMT sector and familiar with the ASM machine park
Familiarity with IPC standards and experience with hand soldering SMD components
Ideally, experience in the electronics field (ESD environment) in an industrial setting
Proficiency in MS Office applications
