Hiring a Remote Project Manager with a background managing large telecom or data center projects

This role is 100% remote but candidates must be based in Florida. The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience.

Overview:

Reading contract documents to understand the scope of work.
Creating, updating, and maintaining project plans and schedules.
Updating and maintaining cost estimates and issue logs.
Conducting project meetings to provide status updates to stakeholders and taking accurate meeting minutes.
Negotiating and preparing change orders.
Procuring equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

Requirements of the Position:

A bachelor's degree in a business or technical area is preferred.
Active current PMP certification is required.
Experience delivering solutions to external customers is essential.
3+ years of hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent projects worth $2 million or more for outside customers. Knowledge in Digital RF and microwave system deployment is preferred. Experience in site/facility development is also beneficial. Experience in delivering results to external customers is vital.
Experience in leading in-person presentations to customers and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Applicants must have a valid US Driver's license, pass a pre-employment drug screen, & background check.
Candidates must be based in Florida.
