We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager with exceptional multitasking abilities and strong computer skills to join our team.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing client projects, ensuring their smooth execution and satisfaction.

In this customer-facing role, you will provide client services by actively communicating with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

• Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams & clients to gather project requirements and define project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including task schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or roadblocks; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collect and analyze project data to measure performance against established metrics.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in client services, showcasing successful project completions and client satisfaction.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management software, MS Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, able to make quick decisions and find solutions to complex challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment and effectively manage time and priorities.
