The RLE Mobility GmbH & Co KG is currently seeking a Development Engineer (m/f/d) with component responsibility in the field of vehicle wiring systems.

Your responsibilities:

  • System and component responsibility for components and systems in the field of vehicle electrical/electronics
  • Assuming project management tasks such as change management and supplier management
  • Coordination of development activities from component specification to market launch
  • Representation of the department in all relevant technical committees
  • Monitoring of costs, quality, and adherence to deadlines

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology, or a comparable qualification
  • First experience in the automotive industry and ideally already familiar with AAG development processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for managing complex automotive projects
  • Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
