Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst

joining our team to support the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) program in Falls Church, VA.

This is an IT Service Management contract in support of GENM-O's mission is to enable information dominance from the tactical edge to the home station for the Army, DoD, National Command Authority, and international partners by acquiring, implementing, and sustaining strategic satellite and terrestrial communication systems, and by leveraging technologies to meet current and future requirements.

AGUN is to design, procure, maintain, deploy, and transition a Global SDN solution in accordance with applicable Army policies and regulations.

The AGUN-INC1 TO will provide a unified approach to ensure standardized deployments and configurations at multiple locations throughout the globe.

To be successful in this position you need to be collaborative and willing to work within a team.

While you will need to be a self-starter completing tasks on your own, working together is critical in this role.

You will be interfacing with the client and senior staff. Therefore, you should be articulate in your communications because your opinion matters. You will need to explain technical intricacies in a way that is easily understood.

Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst:

Performs on-site, remote vulnerability scanning; open‐security assessments of sites, enclaves, or systems; and examines, holistically, the security architecture and vulnerabilities of systems in cooperation with system owners and administrators through security scans, examinations of system configurations, reviews of system design documentation, and interviews.

Uses network and vulnerability scanning tools, technologies to interrogate systems for configuration and status, and receive, digest, and process vulnerability notices and Cyber Tasking Orders from NETCOM, and report compliance back to NETCOM following the required communications channels.

Performs patch and security updates. Creates RMF packages and enters the data into eMASS to obtain a ATO/ATC, including all the ancillary artifacts.

Certifications:

Appropriately certified for their designated role in accordance with DoD M, DFARS , AR 25-2, or any successor policies or regulations; Possesses a DoD approved baseline certification or higher.
