Job Title: DoD Health Research Protection Analyst at Agile Decision Sciences (ADS)

Agile Decision Sciences (ADS), a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is looking for a DoD Health Research Protection Analyst to join their team and support a DHA contract.

Clearance: US Citizen with the ability to obtain Secret clearance

Responsibilities:

Provide program analysis and support for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Office of Research Protection (ORP), overseeing human research protection programs.
Offer expertise in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Support HRPP Assurance processes and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
Aid in the development of research policies and procedures.
Assist in QA and research integrity initiatives.
Review actions taken by research review systems.
Coordinate meetings and provide necessary materials.
Contribute to the development of training programs.
Investigate and resolve compliance issues or research misconduct.
Communicate with stakeholders through newsletters and updates.
Support the Electronic Institution Review Board (EIRB) program.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Experience in a research environment, preferably in a compliance role.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret level clearance.
Ability to pass a DHA background investigation.
