Description

The municipality of Gräfelfing (approx.

inhabitants), located in the district of Munich, is currently seeking a part-time or full-time IT specialist (m/f/d) for the IT and digitization department, starting immediately or at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities:

IT tasks
Support, management, and administration of IT systems in schools within the municipality as part of the implementation of the Digital Pact
First and secondlevel support in schools
Management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, as well as monitoring and implementation of IT security
Collaboration with and supervision of service providers
Conducting minor repairs and replacing defective hardware
Acting as a substitute for the administrator at the town hall
Fulfilling the role of the municipal information security coordinator (m/f/d)

Administrative tasks:

Ongoing documentation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and IT security concept
Administrative support and maintenance of specialized applications and portals (DMS, ticket system, internal service portal, Bavarian portal)
General administrative tasks for the department (contract management, invoice management, ordering of consumables, support for department management in budget and project planning)
Support for digitization and IT projects

Requirements:

Relevant completed education, e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d) in system integration, system electronics, administrative assistant with specific training in IT, IT system management, or a comparable education in the IT field
Several years of professional experience in the described areas of responsibility
