Description

As a municipal service company, we supply Fairfield Glade with energy and drinking water. In addition to wastewater and waste disposal, we also serve various tourist business areas.

We are currently looking for a

Pool Manager for our Alpspitz Wave Pool and Kainzenbad (m/f/d)

The position mainly includes the following tasks:

Organization and implementation of supervision and safety obligations for swimming and bathing operations
Maintenance, upkeep, and maintenance of pool technology, facilities, and buildings
Organization, planning, and optimization of operational processes
Professional management of the department, including creating schedules and managing staff deployment
Management of budget resources, taking into account budget availability
Training of pool attendants

Your qualifications:

You are a master of pool operations and possess a valid lifeguard certificate (at least silver level)
Ideally, you have several years of experience in managing and organizing pool operations
Knowledge and understanding of technical systems
Business acumen
High personal commitment, initiative, and flexibility (willingness to work shifts)
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills with assertiveness and persuasiveness
