    Overview:
    This outgoing and strategic

    Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

    will be responsible for managing the internal recruitment process for our company (Radley).

    They will be responsible for the identification, attraction, and selection of exceptional talent to fulfill our internal needs with high-performing individuals who possess the core competencies needed to excel.


    Responsibilities:
    Perform full cycle recruitment process for various internal positions within the company
    Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department heads to better understand their recruitment needs and what personality traits are key for high performers within their department
    Design and implement exciting recruitment initiatives to optimize all available platforms and attract top talent
    Proactively recruit passive candidates by thinking outside the box
    Take the time to understand our company's culture, goals, values, and needs to better provide high-performing individuals within Radley who will help us continue our aggressive growth strategy
    Manage communication to keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition into our organization
    Establish clear hiring goals and recruitment targets for each location and division
    Use skill assessment tools to assess candidates fit for the position and our company
    Attend networking events, university career fairs, and community events
    Ensure confidentiality and proper retention of employee and company records.
    Be an excellent brand ambassador for the company

    Requirements:
    Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and recruitment best practices
    In-house corporate recruiting/talent acquisition experience is a must
    Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills
    Experience with proactively sourcing candidates from multiple sources
    Team focused office environment with business casual dress.
