    POSITION SUMMARY: Amada Senior Care of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator who is a team player with high energy and outstanding customer service skills. Our mission is to Enrich the Lives of our Clients and Caregivers. Amada Senior Care is America's premier provider of in-home care and long-term care claims advocacy. We provide in-home care to seniors to keep them living safely and independently with dignity.

    The Scheduling Coordinator will be a key point of contact for clients and caregivers and will be responsible for all aspects of scheduling caregivers for client shifts and client satisfaction. We are looking for an individual who is confident, has the highest standards of integrity and can communicate compassionately and effectively to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Candidates applying for this position must be highly organized, work well independently and maintain a friendly, positive, and professional outlook.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate support for Amada Senior Care's mission statement to promote quality, efficient, comprehensive, and effective home care services
    • Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment information and care plan information for new and existing clients
    • Own and drive excellence in scheduling of caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies and/or "call outs" arise. Company schedule must be complete for the next business day/weekend before leaving for the day.
    • Contact clients and/or their representative to determine scheduling needs. Engage with client and/or representative to receive and act upon feedback regarding services.
    • Enter and maintain data for Personal Care Attendants in relevant systems (AxisCare. Excel, etc.)
    • Ensure Personal Care Attendants are updated on individualized care plans for clients
