Position Summary:This position ensures the successful delivery and management of grant-funded programs, including LEA Homeless Liaison duties, by providing program coordination and administrative support. Serves as homeless student liaison, Foster care liaison, indigenous populations support liaison, and help run the District Family Resource Center.
Works cooperatively and maintains effective relationships with students, parents, district personnel and the general public.Assists in grant budget development, tracking and management.**-
Monitors, coordinates and keeps records for grant compliance reporting.Coordinates some grant program services.
Organizes and leads grant related family engagement events.Collects and compiles data for program evaluation and reporting.
Determines Mckinney Vento Homeless Student eligibility, coordinates district homeless services per ADE recommendations and provides community based organization referrals to families.Provides presentations and technical assistance on grant compliance to school sites.**Prepares documents for grants expenditures, including purchase requisitions, personnel requests and travel.
