    The

    Construction


    Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects to include scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resource management.

    Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through construction and turnover.
    Develop project schedules, distribute to stakeholders, and manage as necessary to meet key milestones.
    Schedule and attend regular site visits to ensure safety, scope, and schedule compliance.
    Work with estimators, buyers, designers, and other project support to formulate estimates for business and project planning.
    Produce accurate quantity takeoffs from plans using takeoff software.
    Preliminary matching of invoices to Purchase Orders and apply proper cost codes to Field Purchase Order invoices.
    Requirements

    What we are looking for from you...
    5-10 years of Commercial and/or Residential Construction Project Management experience is required.
    A strong understanding of modern construction methods and means is required.
    Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and MS Outlook is required.
    Ability to read and interpret construction plans is required.
    Experience with ground-up construction is required.
    Experience with Construction Management, Estimating, and Takeoff Software is preferred.
    Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
