Assistant Resident Care Director - Make a Difference in Seniors' Lives *Confidential application processOne of our top clients is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Assistant Resident Care Director.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the health, well-being, and happiness of our residents in a supportive assisted living environment.
Assist the Resident Care Director in overseeing all aspects of resident care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Work collaboratively with nurses, CNAs, and other staff members to provide exceptional care and ensure resident needs are met.
Conduct resident assessments, monitor their health status, and administer medications as needed (in accordance with state regulations).Oversee daily living activities and ensure a safe and stimulating environment for residents.
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Participate in resident care meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of care protocols.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in assisted living or a similar senior care setting.
Proven clinical skills and experience in providing care to the elderly.
Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently.
Commitment to resident-centered care and a positive work ethic.
Memory care experience is a preferred qualification.
